Processing
We process technical server logs for secure hosting, contact and camp request data to answer enquiries, and event data where necessary for participation, results and documentation. Legal bases include Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
Hosting and external services
The website is hosted by IONOS SE. YouTube content is loaded only after activation. Registration, results, social networks, sponsors and associations are external links and are governed by the respective provider’s privacy information.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact office@koenig-ludwig-lauf.com. The German privacy notice is the authoritative and more detailed version.
Automatic basic statistics
Separately from optional advertising measurement, we automatically count page views and local camp enquiries accepted for sending as daily totals. This basic count stores only the date and totals for up to 365 days: no visitor identifiers, IP addresses, page addresses, campaign labels or cookie values. It creates no cookies or browser storage and does not link a visit to a registration or booking. A camp enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Optional internal advertising measurement
Only with your permission, internal advertising measurement records campaign labels, the entry page, language, edition and a random reference valid for up to 30 days. It can link an advertising visit to enquiries or confirmed registrations and camp bookings when the relevant system is connected. Measurement records are retained for up to 90 days. No data is sent to advertising platforms. Registration and booking work without this permission. You can withdraw via Privacy preferences; linked measurement records are deleted, while minimal technical check values remain to prevent duplicate or revoked events being counted again. Necessary booking records are unaffected.
Existing information about hosting, necessary form processing and external media remains applicable.
