The Wellness Run starts in the Ettal Monastery courtyard. The start is at 09:30 am

Only runners with an official bib number are allowed in the start area.

All textiles left in the start area will be collected.

At the finish line, there will be a large beer garden with music, barbecue, beverages, as well as coffee and cake.

SHUTTLE BUS

A free shuttle bus is provided from Oberammergau to Ettal. Buses run from 07:00 am to 09:45 am.

BY CAR

Munich: via the A95 until the end of the motorway and continue towards Oberau. Here, turn right towards Augsburg. After passing the Ettaler Berg, you reach Ettal - the southern gateway to the Ammergauer Alpen Nature Park.

A7: via Seeg, Roßhaupten, Leckbruck to Steingaden. Then towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the B23 to Bad Bayersoien in the north of the Ammergauer Alpen Nature Park.

Füssen: Take the route via Steingaden. Then towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the B23 to Bad Bayersoien in the north of the nature park.

Innsbruck: Head towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen, then follow the signs to A95 / Munich. In Oberau, turn left towards Augsburg. After passing the Ettaler Berg, you reach Ettal - the southern gateway to the Ammergauer Alpen Nature Park.

BY BUS/RAIL

The Ammergauer Alpen can be easily reached by train from Munich. In Murnau, board the regional train (Ammertalbahn) and after a ride offering fantastic views of the Alps, you'll reach the towns of Bad Kohlgrub, Saulgrub, Altenau, Unterammergau, and Oberammergau.

From Innsbruck, take the train via Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Oberau. Here, transfer to regional buses towards Füssen.

For landlords offering free bus travel, you'll receive your electronic guest card. With this, you can use all regional buses of the Ammergauer Alpen without paying a cent and move around comfortably without parking stress in the region.

• Munich Airport (FRANZ JOSEPH STRAUSS/MUC), distance approx. 130 km, best connection
• Memmingen (ALLGÄU AIRPORT MEMMINGEN/FMM), distance approx. 80km
• Innsbruck (INNSBRUCK AIRPORT/INN), distance approx. 100km

The clothing bags will be transported free of charge to the finish line after the start and handed out there. Clothing bags can be purchased on-site or in the online shop. Clothing bags must be dropped off by 10:00 am at the start area.

Showers are provided free of charge in the finish area.

Places 1 - 3 W/M overall ranking + age group ranking (the age group winners will receive their prize by mail)

Each participant receives a medal and a starter pack

The award ceremony takes place at approximately 12:00 pm at the Oberammergau Sports Center (finish line)
